We have yet to meet the child that doesn't love to play with stampers and paint, and when you add in food as the stamper it just makes kids smile! This bell pepper shamrock craft is a fantastic preschool St. Patrick's Day craft. It is a great kids craft that allows kids to play with fun new materials and to help them see common items in a new way -- who knew shamrocks hid inside of green peppers! Enjoy!

What you'll need:

  • White construction paper
  • Green paint
  • Paper plate
  • Green bell pepper
  • Knife (for adult use only!!!)
How to make your Bell Pepper Shamrock Craft
  • Pour some green paint onto the paper plate.
  • Have an adult cut the green pepper horizontally through the middle. Pull out any white ribs or seeds that will get in the way of your printing.
  • Dip the cut side of the pepper (the bottom half of the pepper works the best) into the green paint and then stamp onto the white paper. Repeat as many times as you would like!
