Flip Flops Craft

To make this flip flops craft, children can trace real flip flops or the attached template onto construction paper and cut out. Then, they add paper strips for the straps and buttons, bows and stickers to decorate. These flips flops look great on a beach bulletin board if making at a camp or day care!

What you'll need:

  • Flip flops or flip flop tracer
  • Brightly colored construction paper (two different colored pieces)
  • Tape
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Two small bows
  • Colorful buttons
  • Flower stickers
How to make your flip flop craft:
  1. Trace flip flops or tracer onto bright paper.
  2. Cut flip flops out.
  3. Cut two strips from another piece of paper, cut out and tape to flip flops as shown.
  4. Glue buttons to the flip flops.
  5. Add stickers to the straps.
  6. Glue a bow to the top of each strap.
