What you'll need:

How to make your duck for a day craft:
  • Print out the Duck For a Day Sitting Duck Craft template onto yellow cardstock and cut out the circle. Cut out the triangle shape and set aside for now. Form a cone from the remaining part of the circle and glue the edges together. Cut the tops off of the two feathers and glue to the sides of the cone as the duck's wings. Allow the glue to dry. (see photos)
  • Using the orange cardstock, cut two small webbed-feet. Cut a small diamond shape from the cardstock and fold it in half. This will be the beak for your duck. Glue the beak to the center of the yellow rounded triangle. Allow the glue to dry. (see photos)
  • Glue the wiggly eyes to the top of the triangle for the duck's eyes. Cut three small bits of yellow yarn and glue to the very top of the ducks head. Allow the glue to dry. (see photos).
  • Glue the webbed-feet to the bottom, front of the cone, and allow the glue to dry. (see photos)
  • Your duck is now complete. Transform it into a place card, jar topper, or simply set it on a shelf or desk!
