What You'll Need

STEP 1

First, mark the length of the paper roll on to both sides of a piece of copy paper and cut it out.

STEP 2

Then wrap the paper around the paper tube and cut where the end of the paper meets back to itself.

STEP 3

Put some glue onto the paper and then gently roll the paper tube over the paper to make sure that the paper is completely surrounding the paper tube.

STEP 4

Then cut a half-inch strip out of either the red or blue construction paper.

STEP 5

Put glue onto the colored strip of construction paper and wrap it around the paper tube around the middle of the tube, making sure that the colored strip of paper overlaps itself to give the impression of a scarf.

STEP 6

Use a black market to draw a smiley face and coal buttons onto the paper tube where the scarf overlaps.

STEP 7

And finally, cut out a small triangle out of the orange construction paper and glue it in between the eyes and the mouth of the paper snowman.
