Smile Button Greeting Card

Looking for a simple-to-make greeting card?  The Smile Button Greeting Card is an easy and colorful greeting card perfect for children of all ages to craft!  Make your own smiley face from buttons, colored cardstock, markers, and glue.  Afterwards, make several and deliver to neighbors, a local nursing home, or homeless shelter to make others smile!

What you'll need:

  • Glue
  • Colored buttons
  • 1 piece of colored cardstock
  • Markers
How to make your Smile Button Greeting Card
  1. Fold your piece of cardstock in half to form the card.  (see photos)
  2. Form a circle with the buttons in the center of the card.  Glue into place.  Form a smile and eyes from buttons and glue into place.  Allow the glue to dry.  (see photos)
  3. Using markers and buttons, decorate the card.  Underneath the smiley face, write “Smile!”.  (see photos)
  4. Your card is complete!  Go out and deliver your card to spread some cheer!
