S is for snow and this very simple craft was a great way to reinforce the sound that the letter S makes while creating a fun winter activity as well. We used this to go along with our letter of the week activities, and it makes a great winter activity for toddlers as well. The "snowflakes" are white paint fingerprints. While our daughter added the snowflakes, we talked about how snow started with the letter s and made the "ssss" sound. She had a blast!
