Mummy Toilet Paper Roll Craft

We wanted to do a mummy craft with our daughter this year, but found that she kept getting frustrated trying to wrap things with gauze. Then we found self adhesive medical wrap at Target and it was instant crafting success! All you need to do is fill a tp roll with candy and wrap it with the wrap which will stick to itself as you go. Add some eyes and you have a great Halloween craft that is simple enough for even a toddler to do.

What you'll need: Toilet paper roll Self adhesive wrap (found in the first aid section)* 2 googly eyes Candy Scotch tape Scissors *This wrap is the kind that you would use to wrap a sprain or something similar. We tried various kinds of streamers and gauze, but the self adhesive wrap was the easiest kind for our daughter to use without getting frustrated. How to make your Mummy Toilet Paper Roll Craft: Cut two strips of the adhesive wrap that are long enough to cover an end of the tp roll. Tape both of the strips on one end to "seal" it. Fill the tube with candy. Then cut two more strips of wrap and seal the other end of the tube. Start covering the whole tube with the adhesive wrap.
