When you purchase an All Kids Network subscription, Paddle.com acts as the merchant of record. This means Paddle manages payments, taxes, billing, and refunds on our behalf according to Paddle’s buyer terms.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your All Kids Network subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal. No questions asked.
You may request a refund if:
- You are dissatisfied with the service
- A subscription was purchased by mistake
- Technical issues prevented you from using the service
- You were unaware of an automatic renewal
- Or for any other reason within the 14-day window
How to Request a Refund
From Your Account (Fastest)
Log in to your All Kids Network account and visit your Subscription Settings. Click Request Refund and confirm. Your refund will be processed automatically and your subscription will be canceled. No emails, no waiting.
Through Paddle
Visit paddle.net or use the support link in your Paddle purchase receipt. Paddle’s Order Support team can process your refund directly, and you do not need to contact All Kids Network first.
Contact Us
Visit our Contact Us page and select “Refund Request” as the subject. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund through Paddle on your behalf.
What Happens When You Refund
- Your subscription is canceled immediately and paid features are deactivated
- You keep access to all free features, including saved workbooks, custom lists, and basic generator features
- Any promotional discount on your subscription is removed. If you resubscribe later, the rate available at that time will apply
- The refund is returned to your original payment
method:
- Card payments: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: typically within 48 hours
- Paddle sends you a credit note via email as your receipt
Payment method limits: Some payment methods have time limits for processing refunds. Card payments can typically be refunded within 120 days of the original charge, and PayPal within 179 days. If your original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative resolution.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to subscribe. You can cancel anytime from your Subscription Settings or through Paddle at paddle.net.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, you can request a refund within 14 days of the charge using any of the methods above.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase or renewal are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We want every subscriber to feel they are getting value from their subscription. Please contact us and we will work with you.
Free Trials
You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost from your Subscription Settings. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan. If you are charged after a trial and did not intend to continue, request a refund within 14 days.
Multi-Seat Subscriptions
Multi-seat subscriptions follow the same 14-day policy. If you refund a multi-seat subscription, all seat holders lose access because seats are tied to the original subscription and cannot be separated. Seat holders will be notified that their access has ended. For bulk purchases (10+ seats), please contact us before requesting a refund so we can coordinate with your seat holders.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests from accounts that show patterns of abuse, including repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles. All Kids Network and Paddle monitor for fraudulent activity to protect our subscribers and payment systems.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us or request a refund through the methods above before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Refunds are processed quickly and at no cost to you. Working with us directly ensures the fastest resolution. Unresolved disputes may result in account restrictions.
