Paddle.com (Payment Processing)
When you subscribe to a paid tier, the following information is shared with Paddle.com, our merchant of record, to process your payment:
- Name and email address
- Billing address and country
- Subscription tier and seat quantity
- Payment method details (collected directly by Paddle, not by us)
Paddle processes this information in accordance with their privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all transactions, meaning they are responsible for payment processing, sales tax collection, invoicing, and billing compliance.
Google (Advertising and Analytics)
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements to free-tier users and Google Analytics for site analytics. Google may collect data through cookies to personalize advertising based on user interactions. Paid subscribers (Supporter and Premium tiers) receive an ad-free experience, and ad-related tracking is not applied to their sessions.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. All Kids Network accounts are for adults (18+) only — our educational content is designed for use by children under adult supervision, but the account holder must be an adult.

We do not store search queries or generator requests beyond what is needed to fulfill your request.
Generated Worksheets
- Custom worksheets you create are saved and accessible via a unique URL
- If you are logged in to All Kids Network, your generated worksheets are associated with your account for your convenience (e.g., viewing your creation history)
- Generated worksheets are private and not publicly displayed
- We do not share or redistribute your generated worksheets
- You may share the URL with others at your discretion
Data Minimization
Our AI integrations follow data minimization principles. We only request information necessary to perform the specific function (search or generate). No tracking, profiling, or behavioral analysis is performed through these integrations.
Your Relationship with AI Providers
Your use of AI assistants is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control how AI providers process your conversations or requests before sending them to us.
Payment Processor — Paddle.com
All Kids Network uses Paddle.com as our merchant of record for all subscription payments. This means Paddle — not All Kids Network — is the entity that processes your payment, collects applicable taxes, and issues invoices and receipts.
When you subscribe, Paddle collects and processes:
- Payment method details (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Billing name and address
- Transaction history and invoice records
This information is handled by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy and is subject to their data protection practices. All Kids Network does not have access to your full payment method details.
Paddle may contact you directly regarding:
