Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using AllKidsNetwork.com (the “Website”), operated by All Kids Network, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Overview

AllKidsNetwork.com provides printable worksheets, craft ideas, educational resources, interactive worksheet generators, and a workbook creation tool for parents, teachers, and educators. By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Website offers both free access and paid subscription tiers. Free users may access our library of printable worksheets and basic generator features at no cost. Paid subscribers receive additional features as described in Section 4.

User Accounts

Registration

Certain features require a registered account, including saving workbooks, creating custom lists, and subscribing to paid tiers. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

Accounts for Adults Only

All Kids Network accounts are for adults (18 years or older) only. Our educational content is designed for children, but accounts, subscriptions, and site features are managed by adult educators and parents. Do not create accounts for minors.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account dashboard. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting an account with an active subscription does not automatically cancel billing through Paddle. See Section 4 for cancellation instructions.

Use of Content

You may print or download worksheets and resources for personal, home, or classroom use only.

You may not:

  • Sell, license, or redistribute our content
  • Publish our worksheets or images in books, apps, or other commercial products
  • Upload our worksheets to other websites except by linking to our pages
  • Remove or alter copyright notices

All characters, images, names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Content on this Website is not intended to infringe upon any copyrights.

Generator Output

Worksheets and workbooks you generate using our tools are for your personal or classroom use. You may share printed copies with students and parents. You may not sell generated content or offer it as part of a competing service.

User-Uploaded Content

If you upload content to the Website (where available), you retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant All Kids Network a non-exclusive license to store and display your content within the platform solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use, sell, or redistribute your uploaded content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Tiers

All Kids Network offers the following paid tiers in addition to free access:

  • Supporter ($2-$8/month): Ad-free browsing experience across all content pages
  • Premium ($9/month or $99/year, with promotional discounts available during select periods): All Supporter benefits plus premium generator fonts, advanced customization, compiled workbook PDF downloads, and priority support

Subscription prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices in other currencies are adjusted for local markets and displayed at checkout.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. When you subscribe, you are entering into a billing relationship with Paddle. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax calculation, invoicing, and regulatory compliance on our behalf. Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Any promotional discount applied to your subscription at the time of purchase remains in effect at renewal as a percentage of the current base price.

Promotional Discounts

From time to time, we offer promotional discounts on annual subscriptions. When you subscribe during a promotional window, the discount percentage is applied to your subscription and stays at every renewal. The discount is a percentage of the base price, so if the base price changes in the future, your renewal amount may change while retaining the same discount rate.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. A valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the rate shown during signup.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions and renewals. You may request a refund directly from your account dashboard, through Paddle at paddle.net, or by contacting us. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ advance notice via email. Price changes do not affect your current billing period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Multi-Seat and Gift Subscriptions

Seat Allocation

Premium subscribers may purchase multiple seats and allocate them to other users via personal gift links or bulk gift links. Seat holders receive the same Premium features as the subscriber.

Seat Holder Responsibilities

Each seat holder must have their own All Kids Network account and agree to these Terms. The purchasing subscriber is responsible for managing their seats and remains the billing contact for the subscription.

Gift and Sponsored Seats

Seats gifted or sponsored to other users are subject to the same Terms. If a gift recipient is removed or their seat is revoked, the seat returns to the subscriber’s pool for reallocation.

Refund Impact on Seat Holders

If a multi-seat subscription is refunded or canceled, all seat holders lose access. Seats are tied to the original subscription and cannot be separated.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or subscription features
  • Use automated tools (“bots,” “scrapers,” etc.) to download large amounts of content
  • Share subscription login credentials with others (use seat allocation for sharing access)
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit downloaded content beyond personal or classroom use

Fair Use

We apply fair use rate limiting to protect the Website from abuse. Normal usage patterns are not affected.

Third-Party Platform Integrations

All Kids Network may be accessed through third-party AI assistants and platforms, including but not limited to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, and other compatible services. When accessing our services through these platforms:

  • Dual Terms Apply: Your use is subject to both these Terms and the terms of the third-party platform. We are not responsible for the AI provider’s handling of your data.
  • Functionality: Third-party integrations provide access to search our resource library and generate custom worksheets. The same usage restrictions apply as direct website access.
  • No Additional Data Collection: We do not collect personal information through third-party integrations beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request.
  • Download Links: Resources discovered through third-party platforms link back to AllKidsNetwork.com for download. Standard website terms apply to downloaded content.
  • Service Availability: Third-party integrations may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
  • AI Provider Responsibility: We do not control or endorse how AI providers present, summarize, or interpret our content. The AI provider is responsible for the accuracy of their responses.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding:

  • The operation or availability of the Website
  • The accuracy or completeness of content
  • The reliability or performance of tools or resources
