What you'll need:

  • Beehive template
  • Bubble wrap
  • Yellow paint
  • Paint brush
  • Black marker
  • Scissors

  • Construction paper
How to make your beehive craft:
  1. Use a paint brush to paint the bubbly side of the bubble wrap with yellow paint (the side you can pop, not the smooth back side).
  2. Press the bubble wrap onto white construction paper, paint side down. Cover as much of the paper as you can.
  3. Set aside to dry.
  4. Print our beehive template and cut it out. Trace it onto the dry stamped paper and cut it out.
  5. Glue the beehive onto a fresh piece of construction paper.
  6. Have your child dip their thumb into yellow paint and make a few prints around the beehive.
  7. Use a marker to add details to the beehive and to the bees as desired.
