Santa's Sleigh Craft

Making Santa's sleigh is easy and fun for all ages. With just a few materials, this craft can be made in one sitting. Fill your sleigh with candy or potpourri and sit on the table for everyone to see!

What you'll need:

  • red or green craft take out box
  • 2 candy canes
  • pencil
  • hole punch
  • tape (just in case your box comes apart after cutting)
  • scissors
  • markers, stickers, etc. for decorating
  • fill your sleigh with whatever you want!
How to make your Santa's sleigh craft
  1. Take the wire off the top of your take out box. Use some tape if it starts to come apart.
  2. Cut the flaps off of the top.
  3. Draw a curved line, as seen in the picture. You will then cut on the line to make the shape of the sleigh.
  4. Make 2 holes in the front of the sleigh to push your candy canes through.
  5. You can also make 2 holes in the back if you want, but is not necessary. After you add candy, etc. it will hold the candy canes in place.
  6. Decorate your sleigh with stickers, markers, etc.
