What You'll Need
STEP 1
Paint four fingers red and palm green.
STEP 2
Press hand firmly onto white paper.
STEP 3
Glue stretched out cotton to create top and brim of hat.
STEP 4
Dip finger into yellow paint to create eyes.
STEP 5
When dry, use black marker to finish eyes and draw mouth and nose.
