How to make your Parrot Father's Day Pun Card:
First, Trace and cut out the Parrot template.
Then trace and cut out each part of the template onto its appropriate colored sheet, Each piece has a color associated with it to make it easier for you to construct.
Glue the white card-stock to the center of the Orange construction paper, and fold hamburger style to make the card.
Start constructing the parrot by gluing the brown log onto the center left side of the card and glueing the parrots talon onto the log.
Then glue the parrot body onto the center of the card, having it overlapping the yellow talon.
Now glue the white beak onto the head of the parrot.
Glue the purple tail feather, then the blue tail feathers on top of it.
To finish constructing the parrot, glue the blue wing feathers, then the yellow feathers, then the red wing on top of it.
Now Glue the googly eye onto the parrot.
Finally, draw the beak onto the parrot, and write “Happy Father’s Day To My Favorite Parrot!”
