Lion Father’s Day Pun Card

Kids will have a lot of fun making this easy Father’s Day Pun Card. All you need is some construction paper, card-stock, glue, and our lion template. Follow the easy instructions below to create your own and when complete, share it with you Dad for Father’s Day.

What You'll Need
STEP 1
First, Trace and cut out the lion template.
STEP 2
Second, Trace and cut out the lion heads onto the orange or yellow construction paper. Also, Trace and cut out the lion mouths onto the opposite colored construction paper.
STEP 3
Then, using a glue stick, glue the white cardstock onto the center of the green construction paper. Fold the card hamburger style with the white cardstock on the outside.
STEP 4
Glue the lion heads onto the center of the front of the card, and then glue the mouths on top of the lion heads.
STEP 5
Now, paint the lions’ manes with the orange paint.
STEP 6
Glue on the lions googly eyes.
STEP 7
Finally, draw some details onto the lions and write “I’m not lion when I say I love you!” onto the card.
