Easy Paper Plate Bee Craft

In our preschool class, we do this craft as we introduce "Bee Rules". We talk about "bee kind", "bee gentle", "bee safe", etc. It is a fun and useful way to introduce classroom rules. This craft is perfect for the back to school season.

What you'll need:

Paper plate
Yellow paint and paint brush
Google eyes
Scissors
Glue
Crayons
Black construction paper
Wax paper or scraps from laminator

7 Simple steps to make this paper plate bee craft:

Paint plate yellow.
Cut three strips and a triangle from black paper.
Cut two wings from wax paper or laminator scraps.
When paint is dry, glue black paper onto plate as shown. Triangle is for stinger.
Glue wings onto plate.
Glue google eyes on plate.
Draw a cute mouth under eyes.
