Coloring Easter eggs with our kids is one of our favorite holiday activities. We love how excited they get when the eggs come out of the dye cups for the first time and they get to see the beautiful colors. This fun and easy Easter craft lets your child create their own beautifully colored Easter egg, and their hands won't be five shades of green in the morning! This technique for creating child friendly sun catchers turns out beautifully every time and can be easily adapted for multiple ages. We had our 19 month old and our five year old each complete an egg at the same time. While the baby's attention span isn't the greatest she still seemed to enjoy the process, especially when she realized that contact paper is sticky. Her egg looks fantastic in the window even if it's not as beautifully complete as our older daughters. We hope your family enjoys this great Easter craft as much as ours did.
