Pot of Gold Rainbow Craft

This pretty pot of gold rainbow craft is a fun St. Patrick’s Day craft and also teaches the colors of the rainbow. Children use bingo dotters to create each color of the rainbow. This is a great activity to work on fine motor skills as children have to use the dotters in a very controlled manner when making each color of the rainbow.

What you'll need:

  • Black and green construction paper
  • Rainbow template
  • Bingo dotters in red, orange, yellow, green ,blue and purple
  • White fiberfill
  • Black construction paper
  • Gold, foam glitter stickers
  • White construction paper
  • Blue construction paper
  • Marker
  • Scissors
  • Glue
How to make your Pot of Gold Rainbow Craft
  • Trace the rainbow template onto white paper, cut it out and glue to the blue paper. Use the bingo dotters to create each color in the rainbow as shown.
  • Cut a small pot from the black paper and glue to one end of the rainbow.
  • Add the gold glitter stickers to the pot.
  • Glue some fiberfill to the other end of the rainbow.
