Paper Bag Dinosaur Craft

This paper bag dinosaur craft will be a huge hit with your preschool class. Make this craft when learning about dinosaurs and hang them all over the classroom to make it come to life with huge dinosaurs! Kids love making larger size projects and this one only requires a few materials. Since paleontologists are not sure what color dinosaurs were, we let them use their imagination and choose which color they would like to make their dinosaur.

What you'll need:

  • Grocery store paper bags
  • Various colors of paint and paint brush
  • White paper
  • Marker, scissors and glue
  • Stapler or brass fastener
How to make your paper bag dinosaur craft:
  • Draw a freehand dinosaur body and head onto a large paper bag and cut out.
  • Paint both pieces.
  • Draw large, pointy teeth onto white paper.
  • Cut out teeth and glue onto head.
  • Staple or use a brass fastener to attach head to body.
