What You'll Need
STEP 1
Fold a piece of construction paper in half to make a card.
STEP 2
Print our cupcake template and cut it out. Trace it onto construction paper (any color cupcake you would like) and cut it out.
STEP 3
Cut a small piece of tissue paper, big enough to cover the bottom half of your cupcake. Fold it accordion style so it looks like a cupcake wrapper.
STEP 4
Glue the cupcake to the center of the front of the card and glue the cupcake wrapper on top of it.
STEP 5
Pretend that paint is the icing for your cupcake and "ice" just the top part of it any color you would like. We went with a vanilla/strawberry mix.
STEP 6
While the paint is still wet, shake on some glitter sprinkles.
STEP 7
Use the red paint to add a cherry to the top of the cupcake and add red glitter to the cherry if you'd like to add a bit more sparkle.
STEP 8
Once the paint is dry, use a crayon to write "You're Sweet!" to the front of the card.
