3D Paper Rose Card Craft

Kids will have a lot of fun making this exciting Mother’s Day card. All you need is some construction paper, scissors, glue, and our rose template. Follow the simple instructions below to create your own and when complete, share it with your Mom for Mother’s day.

What You'll Need

STEP 1

First, Trace and cut out the rose template.

STEP 2

Second, Trace and cut out 8 roses from the red construction paper.

STEP 3

Then, glue the white cardstock to the center of the purple construction paper. Fold the the card in half, hamburger style.

STEP 4

Fold the cut out roses in half and glue one half of one to the front of the card.

STEP 5

Then, Glue a half of a different rose next to the first rose so that both of them are sticking up.

STEP 6

Now glue a half of a different rose on top of the unglued half of one of the roses, do the same for the other side.

STEP 7

Repeat step 6, and then glue the remaining two sides of the roses together.

STEP 8

Then, cut out a stem that reaches from the bud to the edge of the paper and glue it onto the card.

STEP 9

Then cut out and glue on 2 small leaves.

STEP 10

Finally, write a message in the card and then you are done!
