Craft Stick Barn Craft

Visiting a farm is a fun fall activity. At our preschool, this is a yearly field trip. When we return to our classroom, we discuss all of the things we got to experience at the farm. Children love talking about the barn so we usually create our own out of foam, crafts sticks and fall foam stickers.

What you'll need:

  • Template of barn
  • Red foam
  • Glue
  • Shredded brown paper
  • Fall foam stickers
  • Scissors
  • Marker
  • Red craft sticks
How to make your Craft Stick Barn:
  1. Trace the barn template onto the red foam and cut out.
  2. Glue two craft sticks to both sides of the bottom of the barn as shown.
  3. Glue two craft sticks to the top and bottom of the crafts sticks as shown.
  4. Glue one craft stick on either side of the roof of the barn as shown.
  5. Glue some shredded brown paper in the window of the barn to be used as hay as shown.
  6. Add a foam animal sticker on top of the hay and a fall foam sticker on either side of the barn.
