Spring Flowers Craft

Paper towel rolls transform into springtime flowers in this simple but beautiful craft. The more colorful the ribbons and buttons, the better! You can make this piece of art on a larger scale by using a bigger piece of cardboard and adding more flowers. Or you can scale it down and make just one lovely flower. Add Easter eggs for a themed artwork. There are lots of possibilities here!

What you'll need:

Large cereal box
Paper towel roll
Buttons
Ribbon, green and other colors
Scissors & glue

How to make your spring flowers craft:

Cut out the largest side of the cereal box.
Flatten the paper towel roll. Make a cut every 1/4in. or 1/2in. along the roll, until you have 5 or 6 petals for each flower.
Glue on any color ribbon to form the stems, and use green ribbon to form grass.
Glue on petals.
Glue a button to the center of each flower and let dry.
