Paper Plate Apple Craft

Kids will have a great time making this cute paper plate apple craft which is perfect during the back to school season! Children use paper plates, paint and real apple seeds to create this apple craft. You can do this project after graphing and tasting various types of apples.

What you'll need:

  • Apple seeds
  • Red paint
  • Green paint
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Paint brush
  • Brown construction paper
How to make your paper plate apple craft
  • Cut either side of a paper plate to create almost eaten apple. (As shown)
  • Paint top and bottom edges of plate red.
  • Cut extra pieces of plate into two leaves.
  • Paint leaves green.
  • When paint is dry, glue leaves on top of plate.
  • Glue a few apple seeds into middle of plate.
  • Glue apple onto brown construction paper.
